(Please provide this person's information.)<\/p><\/div><\/i>Your horse should have completed all daily activities<\/b> and be groomed in advance<\/b>, especially the legs, to prevent infection during acupuncture and avoid additional charges.<\/p><\/div><\/i>Full fees must be paid<\/b> on site or in advance.<\/p><\/div><\/i>During the session, the treatment will be automatically recorded<\/b> by an AI application to compile information for the horse\u2019s medical file.<\/p><\/div><\/i>A verbal summary<\/b> will be given on-site to the designated person to relay to the horse\u2019s main caregivers.<\/p><\/div><\/i>A written summary <\/b>of the session can be emailed for an additional fee of $40 + tax.<\/b> (follow-up questions are not included).<\/p><\/div><\/i>A 30-minute post-session call (via Zoom) is available for $85 + tax <\/b>(includes summary presentation and Q&A).<\/p><\/div>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Booking Conditions for a Full Day at One Facility:

\n- One on-site coordinator must be present (please provide information about the person who will be there during the sessions).<\/li>\n
- Full-day fee must be paid on-site on the day of the visit.<\/li>\n
- During the care session, an AI-assisted recording will automatically take place to help prepare the medical case file.<\/li>\n
- After the session, a verbal summary will be provided to the on-site coordinator, who can then share it with the horse\u2019s caregivers.<\/li>\n
- A written summary can be emailed for an additional fee of $40 + tax (no follow-up questions included).<\/li>\n
